If your Terms of Use or Terms of Service invalidates any of my rules, do not contact me for a commission.
That being said, this is a declaration that my terms and conditions overrules any conflicting terms in the commissioners personal Terms of Use regarding my artwork.
By agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to follow the rules below. If failed to comply, action will be taken and you will be blacklisted or blocked.
Copyright & Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold all copyright to the produced artwork, not the commssioner, unless otherwise stated.
Therfore, I am allowed by law to:
• Reproduce the work in copies or photo records
• Distribute copies of the work to the public by sale or transfer of ownership
• Display the copyrighted work publicly
For non-commercial commissions, I grant you (the client) an exclusive license with modification rights. You may use, distribute, reproduce, adapt, modify, and display my work as long as no profit is made from the work, and proper credit is given to me.
Credit Includes:
• Linking to my social media pages
• My name
• My signature/logo
The Following Is Considered Copyright Infringement:
• Reproducing/using my work commercially unless made for commercial use
• Taking credit of my work
• Removing my signature/logo
• Impersonating me
• Tracing my artwork
